1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoidSend ("the Service"), operated by Analog Mutations Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoidSend is an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform that uses post-quantum cryptography to secure communications. The Service allows users to send encrypted messages, files, voice notes, and make encrypted voice and video calls.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VoidSend. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

• You must register a personal account using a passkey (biometric authentication). Automated agents may register using a cryptocurrency wallet.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and device.
• You must choose a unique username (synonym) that does not impersonate others or violate any laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Encryption and Data

All messages are encrypted end-to-end on your device. We do not have access to your decryption keys and cannot read your messages. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your encryption keys and authentication method.
• Any data loss resulting from losing access to your keys or device.
• The content of messages you send through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoidSend to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Analog Mutations Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidSend and Analog Mutations Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of access to encryption keys, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of VoidSend after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
